About Grace

Hi! I'm a patient and encouraging tutor who enjoys helping students build confidence and feel more comfortable with their schoolwork. I aim to create a supportive, low-pressure environment where learning feels manageable and even enjoyable. I tutored high school students during my time at the University of Virginia and have consistently supported homework help as part of my babysitting experience. I'm comfortable working across a range of subjects and helping students stay organized, break down assignments, and prepare for tests. I also volunteer in my mom's kindergarten class at my former elementary and middle school, and have volunteered with Junior Achievement teaching financial literacy to students. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work with different age groups and keep students engaged. I'm reliable, patient, and focused on meeting each student where they are to help them succeed.
