Hi! I'm Grace - a fun, dependable, and experienced childcare provider with a background in speech pathology and over 8 years working with children of all ages. My experience includes being a teacher, nanny, and registered behavioral technician, with a strong focus on children with special needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech/language delays. I believe in creating a supportive, engaging, and structured environment where kids feel safe to be themselves. I love incorporating play, creativity, and learning into everyday routines - whether that's crafting, outdoor adventures, or helping with homework.
