Supporting the well-being, dignity, and independence of seniors is my true passion. With three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I provide compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented care tailored to each individual's needs. I am experienced in meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, personal care, and supporting individuals with memory-related challenges. I approach challenging situations with patience and understanding, using redirection and flexibility to help clients feel safe and comfortable. I believe in promoting independence while building trusting relationships with those I care for. I value open communication with families and am comfortable providing verbal updates or written reports. My goal is to be a reliable and compassionate caregiver who helps each client feel safe, respected, comfortable, and valued in their home.
