With over 15 years of experience providing home health, respite care, and hospice services, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide transportation, assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also skilled in mobility assistance, physical activity, dementia care, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Open communication is key, and I provide regular updates via text, phone, or written reports, always following your preferred method. Earning your trust is my priority. I have some college education, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets. I'm CPR and First Aid trained.
