Experience: 20 yrs
For two decades, I've nurtured children's growth and development, inspired by my passion for making a positive impact. My previous babysitting experiences solidified my commitment to supporting families. I am patient, calm, creative, and approachable. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, and I follow their lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I am comfortable caring for up to two children of any age. My skills include First Aid Training and CPR Training. I have completed Early Child Development Coursework and some graduate school. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, and travel. Ultimately, my goal is to create a safe and fun environment where your children can thrive, and I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
Grace is an incredibly hardworking, kind, and proactive caregiver. She was consistently punctual and always took initiative, often finding ways to help around the house without needing direction. She is highly capable with household tasks including laundry, dishes, and general cleaning. Grace served as the primary daytime caregiver for our toddler from 14 months to 2 years and 7 months old. During that time, she thoughtfully managed his daily routines—meals, naps, and play—with great care and consistency. She regularly took him to enriching activities such as the park, library, music classes, and swimming. One of Grace’s most special qualities is her love of reading, which she joyfully shared with our toddler, helping foster a love of books early on. She also brings a wonderful energy to her work—singing, dancing, and creating a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. She was also a tremendous support to our family during the birth of our second child, helping us through the first four months with care and reliability. Grace has extensive caregiving experience, including over 20 years as a CNA, as well as volunteer work supporting elderly members of the community. Her compassion truly stands out—she maintains relationships with past patients and consistently demonstrates a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of others. Grace goes above and beyond in everything she does. Any family would be lucky to have her care and support.
