Hello! I'm a bilingual career nanny of 20 years. Currently going to school to become a full spectrum doula. In my many years of childcare, I've gained a lot of experience with providing personal care to families with children of all ages.
My goal as a provider is to create an atmosphere where parents can feel confident and secure that their child is in the best hands and children are able to feel safe, loved and nurtured in an environment that best suits their needs and personalities. I'm a hands-on educator and enjoy bringing a variety of elements into the learning environment. I feel that my years of experience have taught me a lot about what it really means to be trusted and invited into a family's life and home. I strive to always honor that by being open, understanding and creating a healthy space for communication.

Grace is an absolutely phenomenal babysitter. We hired her to watch our two-year-old daughter and had an experience that truly surprised us, there were zero tears at drop-off or pick-up, which is unheard of for our little one. Grace has a wonderful, warm, and calming presence that immediately put our daughter at ease, leading to a smooth and fun day for her.

Beyond her fantastic connection with our daughter, her communication with us as parents was excellent. She provided thoughtful updates that made us feel completely comfortable and secure while we were away, allowing us to genuinely relax. Grace is professional, trustworthy, and clearly loves what she does.

I cannot recommend Grace highly enough! She has been an absolute blessing to our family for the last year, providing exceptional care for our son from before he was walking to now when he is starting to talk. Grace's experience truly shines through in every aspect of her care, and we feel so lucky to have her as our nanny.

From the start, Grace has been incredibly professional, always punctual, responsible, and organized. She takes such initiative in everything she does, from meal prep to creating engaging and educational activities for our son. Whether it's helping him explore new developmental milestones or taking him on stimulating adventures, Grace has consistently gone above and beyond. She's taken him on bus rides, to OMSI (the science museum), and frequent park outings, providing him with rich experiences that help him grow.

What truly sets Grace apart is her emotional intelligence. She understands my son’s needs so well and knows exactly how to nurture him through every phase of development. Her ability to connect with him, as well as with other kids in the neighborhood, has been a wonderful asset. I love seeing her network with other families and bring together kids of similar ages for fun and learning. Grace has even been amazing with my older child, sometimes coming up with creative activities and art projects that keep both of them entertained and learning.

We trust Grace completely. She’s responsible for driving our son when needed, and we feel secure knowing that he’s in her care. She approaches each day with positivity, even when things get tough, and we truly appreciate her dedication. Grace brings her best self to work every single day, and it shows in the loving and supportive environment she’s created for our son.

Grace is an incredible human being, and I am forever grateful for the role she has played in our family’s life. Our daughter T. has learn some much about being a person from Grace.  Her flexibility and positivity helped us thru the pandemic, especially when protocols and schedules were ever changing.  Whoever hires her next is one lucky family.

Grace is a clear communicator with my 7 year old. She has always been punctual and organized and helped my child to be those things. Grace has worked with us for 2 years and has helped my daughter navigate vivid schooling and in person school and after school play dates and activities. We have loved working with her and she has brought good ideas and communication to our home. I highly recommend Grace.

Grace is a rare find and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Grace was nanny to our two sons for 1.5 years (Jan 2019-Sept 2020), starting before our youngest was born, and we still engage her as our babysitter and have throughout covid. 

Grace was an excellent extension of our parenting and made it possible for us to be better parents. She supported our goals for our kids and also provided feedback when we could better support their growth. We were new to having a nanny so she also helped provide guidance to us in how to manage an employee in our home. She is fun and personable and a joy to be around. She exposed our kids to music, took them to museums, parks, walks, and even would help with school drop-off and pick-up when they began to attend preschool. She did art constantly with the kids and came with her own great ideas. She was flexible with our needs which was especially valuable during 2020. 

Grace became part of our family in many ways and we're so grateful to her.

Grace has been an amazing caregiver for my three kids (now 8, 5, 3). She bought loving structure to my family during a time when everything felt chaotic.  My kids quickly fell in love with her.  She was always full of energy and ideas for fun and educational activities (parks, zoo, OMSI, hiking, crafts, etc). She is very responsible, organized and easy to communicate with. She was always available to help in a pinch, stay late or flex around the schedule of a busy family. My kitchen sparkled every day when I got home and she even managed to get my kids to to clean of up their messes.  My kids are challenging, determined and energetic. Grace intuitively understood their needs and connected with each of them to help them learn and grow. Our kids are now in school and I am working part-time so we no longer need a nanny. Grace was a gift to our family and will be an amazing addition to the next family she cares for.

Grace is all of the things we look for in a nanny- dependable, kind, thoughtful, experienced, and confident. We hired her to care for our 2.5 y/o over spring break. Our family has had a lot of big changes and my daughter has been a little weary of meeting new people. Grace intuitively let my daughter take her time making a connection while interacting with her in a fun and engaging way. It didn't take very long for my daughter to feel comfortable and happily spend her days with Grace. Grace meets my daughter's energy level and maximizes time spent outdoors or in. She also helped my daughter process her big toddler feelings in compassionate and effective ways (naming feelings, empathizing, setting appropriate boundaries, etc). My family feels so fortunate to have found her and we really look forward to having her watch our daughter in the future.  Grace is a really lovely person who clearly loves what she does and does it extraordinarily well.

We interviewed Grace to nanny our 2 young children and LOVED her!  She was personable, knowledgeable, and great with the kids. Her employment history shows commitment and dependability. We could tell that she truly has a passion for what she does & could provide us with everything (and more) that we were looking for in a nanny. She really took the time to listen to our needs and offered ideas on how she could help. Unfortunately for us, we will not get the pleasure of working with Grace, as our needs changed after her interview. Any family would be lucky to have her as their nanny!

Grace has been our son's (3yrs old) nanny for the past year. Beyond being a caretaker, she has been so much more. She's his friend, teacher, and fellow explorer. One of Grace's mottos could be, "Why stay inside when outside is right there?!?" He has a flexible choice of options to do each day like the Zoo, Children's Museum, Library, Yoga, Farm, Crafts, Beach, Caves, etc. Grace let's him make choices and decisions, but always provides the structure he needs to thrive. 

He was slow to express verbally, and Grace has attended speech therapy sessions to help us along the journey, she even taught him sign language, to keep him from getting frustrated. 

We interviewed Grace because of our neighbor's strong referral, "Grace will always be family, she raised our kids." We hired Grace because of her amazing energy and good vibes. We will be so sad to see her go, but we know she is not leaving us, but going towards her next adventure!   




Grace is knowledgeable, smart, funny and very capable.  She worked with us for over 6 years and quickly became a member of our family due to her dedication and love for my children who are now 10 and 8 years old.  The connections she built with us and our family will last a lifetime - as evidenced by my children referencing Grace as their "sister".

She is truly a partner in the household and made it easy (as it ever can be) for me to return to work and work the hours needed as she gave me the peace of mind that my children would be well-cared for, nurtured, supported and educated while I was at work.
