I feel a baby sitter is just as important as a parent because they take care of the children when the parents have events or just need a night out. They enforce the rules of the house, while caring for the children. I am passionate about babysitting and I feel you need a good baby sitter to help keep children growing and developing as a parent would help them grow and develop.
