Hello there! My name is Grace and I am lucky to have over 10 years of experience in babysitting/ nannying, as well as 3 years of teaching experience, I am currently teaching at a Montesorri school with their youngest age group (ages 1-2) but I have worked with all ages from infants to teenagers. I love kiddos and strive to create a memorable and loving experience when with them. Depending on what you're looking for I am comfortable just helping with care at the house, but living in Bend, I would love to take the kids out and enjoy the outdoors safely together! I am currently looking for a part-time to flexible full-time schedule starting this summer because I will be attending OSU cascades online so I'm trying not to burn the candle too much at both ends! I would be available to start around June 24th. Can't wait for a beautiful summer and I hope we can be the right fit!:)

Grace said she was looking for a family to build trust with in our correspondence during the interview process. We enjoyed meeting her and she accepted our offer for a job. Unfortunately after one week with us she quit saying she felt a pull away from childcare. This left us in a difficult spot. In retrospect, there were some red flags but I overlooked them hoping for the best. She was late several times and one day when I told her it may be too hot to go out for a walk for our small baby - she responded that she really needed walk. It was very strange. In sum her behavior was irresponsible and she did not represent herself truthfully. I wish her well but could not recommend Grace in terms of her integrity and the behavior I experienced.
