About Grace

I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, creative, and nurturing. I like working with kids because the joyful, wondrous way they see the world inspires me. Witnessing their discoveries, growth, and successes is the most rewarding pastime I can imagine. I'm looking for a job that has flexible hours while I finish my bachelors degree. I would love to work with families that emphasize creativity, exploration, and structure. I'm an older sister and working with kids has always come naturally; from watching siblings on the sides of soccer fields to running with my little cousins and sister. I have multiple years of experience babysitting throughout high school, including as a nanny for a boy with autism and his younger sister. For the last year I have worked with special needs children aged 3-10 in a professional setting as a behavioral technician. I spend a lot of time reading books and writing. I love to listen to music and go to concerts, and I find myself most at peace outdoors.
