Hi! My name is Gracee, and I'm a dedicated caregiver with a strong background in child development and behavior. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one support to children with developmental needs, and I'm also in graduate school working toward my BCBA certification. I've been babysitting since the summer of 2021 and have experience with children of various ages. Growing up with four younger siblings, I've always had a natural ability to connect with and care for kids. I bring a calm, patient, and playful energy to my work and am passionate about helping children learn and grow in safe and supportive environments. Gracee has been watching our (now) 5 month old for a month and has been amazing! She is extremely thoughtful in her approach to caring for children - for example, our daughter is very shy but quickly warmed up to Gracee and loves playing with her. Gracee structures our daughter's awake time with age appropriate activities (tummy time, reading, learning to sit/stand) and has been great at putting her down for naps. In addition, Gracee is extremely dependable and responsive to any requests we have. We couldn't be happier with her work and highly recommend her!
