I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one support to children with developmental needs, and I'm also in graduate school working toward my BCBA certification. Gracee has been watching our (now) 5 month old for a month and has been amazing! She is extremely thoughtful in her approach to caring for children - for example, our daughter is very shy but quickly warmed up to Gracee and loves playing with her. Gracee structures our daughter's awake time with age appropriate activities (tummy time, reading, learning to sit/stand) and has been great at putting her down for naps. In addition, Gracee is extremely dependable and responsive to any requests we have. We couldn't be happier with her work and highly recommend her!
