About Grace

Hello! I'm Grace, and I'd love to help your family! I'd describe my personality as friendly, hard-working, and fun! I like working with kids because I enjoy getting to foster early learning for children through playing games or doing crafts that practice fine motor skills. I also love helping younger kids reach their milestones! I started working with kids when I was 19, and I also have experience in helping to provide care for my younger siblings. I worked at a day care for 3 years as an infant teacher and a "floater" assistant teacher (switched between different age groups depending on necessity), so I have experience with all age groups from 6 weeks - 12 years. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time in nature, and scrapbook. I love to incorporate my interests into my work with children because I find it's a good way to build a strong bond between a child and a care giver. My skills include bottle feeding and diaper changing, activity planning, and light housekeeping.
