About Grace

I am a trained Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience caring for individuals and families across a variety of settings, including inpatient care, school nursing, public health and in-home visits. I bring a calm, respectful and compassionate approach to caregiving. In addition to my professional experience, I care for my mother, who has Parkinson's disease and dementia. This has given me personal insight into the importance of patience, dignity and companionship in senior care. I am comfortable with medication administration, vital signs monitoring and supporting daily routines. I'm also happy to provide companionship, conversation and gentle activities, including walks or time outdoors when appropriate. I am fluent in Spanish and French and enjoy building meaningful connections. I work seasonally in France and am currently based in the DC area through the spring. While I'm unable to commit long term, I'm available for short-term or temporary senior care.
