About Grace

Hi families! I'm Grace, a rising senior at JMU. I'm currently pursuing my undergrad degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and I plan to attend graduate school to become a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. I've taken countless classes on language and child development and I've been on the President's List for two semesters in a row. I typically work at a private school in a 2-year-old classroom on break however I'm looking for a nanny job this summer as I'm taking online classes. From the classroom, I have most experience with children ages 2-3, however I've been babysitting/nannying for 7 years for children ages 2-15. I'm very comfortable changing diapers and helping to potty train. I'm skilled in maintaining everyday routines and creating enjoyable, engaging, and educational activities. I'm friendly, reliable, and truly passionate about working with children. My schedule is very flexible this summer, please don't hesitate to reach out if you think I'd be a good fit!
