About Grace

I have over 10 years of experience working with children, along with 3 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician. My background includes working in early childhood education, where I've supported children's development in both structured and nurturing environments. I truly love working with kids and am passionate about helping them grow, learn, and build confidence in themselves. A big part of my approach is supporting emotional regulation and helping children develop the skills they need to navigate their feelings in a healthy and positive way. I strive to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where each child feels understood, encouraged, and able to thrive. I also value strong communication and enjoy collaborating with parents to ensure consistency, support, and shared goals for each child's development. Building trusting relationships with families is important to me, and I believe teamwork plays a key role in helping children succeed.
