About Grace

Grace has been with our family for the past four months, caring for our 4YO and 1YO. She is punctual, dependable, patient, and genuinely cares about our kids. She keeps both kids active with age-appropriate activities and regularly gets them outside and out of the house. We trust her driving with them and taking them on outings, and she has also taken both kids swimming in our pool a few times. She speaks Spanish and has been a huge help in making our 4YO, who attends a Spanish-language daycare, more comfortable speaking Spanish at home. She has even asked to stay later to spend 1:1 time with him and strengthen their relationship. Our 1YO can be challenging at times, and Grace is incredibly patient with her. She will hold her, sing to her, read to her, or do whatever she can to help her feel loved and calm. Grace follows our preferences while also being capable and independent. She communicates openly about any questions or concerns and has built her own routines and relationships with both kids. She prepares their meals and snacks, handles their laundry, and keeps their rooms, play areas, and the kitchen tidy. She has also been flexible about staying late or working extra days when our schedule changes. We trust Grace with our kids and know they are safe, cared for, and loved when they are with her. We would recommend her without hesitation.
