Gokce, or lovingly, Gigi what we called her worked for us for 5 years with my two boys from the day they were born. She is very structured and loves to read books and enjoys babies more than I did some days. She will follow your rules and schedules to a t and will always make sure to include you in any milestones or fun moments (especially if you work from home) I'm thankful that I had someone like her to help me with my children for 5 years and to have someone else watch them grow with us.
