For the past three years, I've been dedicated to providing comprehensive care to adults and seniors, assisting with daily living tasks, home health, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I understand the importance of mobility assistance, physical activity, and medical management. I'm also experienced in supporting individuals with dementia, including handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. My graduate studies have further enhanced my skills. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I keep families informed through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred communication methods. I have a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
