I'm patient, compassionate, and approachable, and I respect each person's individuality. I have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion related to dementia. I provide respite care, transportation, run errands, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have some college education and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
