Gloria did a good job at first. It wasn’t the best but it was reasonable. I even referred her to help her with clientele. Her attitude started changing and would be bothered if I brought up something that had been missed.She later shared that she was dealing with a lot of personal issues and I tried to be understanding, but she started coming in late and finally not coming in at all. She wouldn’t give my house key back. She ignored all my text messages! Very unprofessional.
