Gloria is neat and attractive; she makes a wonderful first appearance. She is friendly, out-going and self- confident. She does everything to make her client feel comfortable. She also does whatever is needed such as preparing a meal, doing laundry, shopping, or just taking time for good conversations. In a short time we loved her like a daughter!
