About Gloria

I come from Colombia. I speak English and Spanish, of course! I'm a very dependable, trustworthy, patient and caring person. I love the children and I have a lot of experience in providing care for infants and children. I am more than willing to have the children participate in indoor and outdoor activities; as well as, cooking and light cleaning. I strongly believe children thrive in a positive environment that has clearly defined behavior expectations. Above that, it is also important for a child to have stability while at the same time the encouragement to explore and develop interests and likes. I feel that, I can effectively balance between maintaining structure and allowing enough flexibility everyday to have fun and learn new things.
