About Gloria

Providing compassionate care that promotes dignity and well-being for older adults is my mission. I offer high-quality companionship and engagement for your loved one, giving family caregivers peace of mind they need to rest and recharge. For 10 years, I served as as a fitness and SilverSneakers instructor, to help older adults maintain their strength, mobility, and independence. Additionally, I bring deep personal insight into cognitive decline through my ongoing experience with my father who has dementia. This personal journey gives me an empathetic understanding of memory care and the importance of caregiver respite. To maintain safety, my services focus strictly on companion-level support and do not include clinical, or heavy physical care. *I Provide: companionship, cognitive engagement, meal preparation, and light home organization to improve mobility and safety. * Exclusions: physical transfers, heavy lifting, medication administration, bathing, or toileting assistance.
