Gloria did an outstanding job cleaning our home.  She's very thorough and detailed!  She even cleaned our microwave,  which was totally unexpected!  We will definitely hire her again next time we need our house cleaned.  Highly recommended.

Gloria did an amazing job deep cleaning my apartment - she came for a pre-visit to see the space, and came for the cleaning a few days later. She worked extremely quickly the entire time, and paid attention to every detail and nook and cranny. She was fun and cheerful and had a lovely energy throughout - would highly recommend her!

Gloria did her first clean for us today and did a PHENOMENAL JOB!!!!! The best we've had!!!! she did laundry and cleaning and the place looks spectacular and the laundry is perfectly done!!! We had 2 prior housekeepers pre-COVID that were both great but left the area. Gloria is by far the best we've had!!! We are so grateful to have found her!!!! No need to hesitate or look further - she is the best by far!!!

Found Gloria here on care.com and she has helped me with my office cleaning for 7 times in the past 10 months. I found her trustworthy, reliable, and a great cleaner. She's also been good with communication.  She brings her own supplies and so I don't have to worry about that either.  I trust her with our keys.  I would recommend her to anyone looking for housecleaning!

Gloria was very punctual and came to see our apartment before officially hiring her to determine a rate. She was very nice and professional right off the bat and gave us references. She just finished cleaning our apartment a bit ago and I can say I'm very happy with her work! Especially because we have two very messy parrots and she got some stuck on food from places like the kitchen counters and floors. Definitely recommend!

Gloria has been working for us for more than six month now. She has been doing a good job. We can trust her and we sometimes let her clean our house while we are away. She is open to specific requests and always takes into account our remarks. We have a good relationship with her because she is also a nice person.

Gloria has cleaned our house a few times now, and we are happy with her work. She is also friendly and flexible.

In the end, I was disappointed. She charged way too much for the job that was done. She did not charge by the hourly rate stated in her profile, but by the job and only accepts cash. This was not stated before. Her task was to wash dishes, clean the kitchen and clean the bathroom and when I attempted to put the dishes away after she left, I discovered that they were not thoroughly cleaned and needed to be rewashed. Also, when she was here, she used the phone and spoke in Spanish, not knowing que entiendo todo. While she was available at the last minute and very nice, I've used other cleaners that cleaned my entire apartment for less.

she is very honest and always goes above and beyond.
