About Glennis

ince 2022, Glennis has quickly become an essential part of our family. She has been with us through all the developmental milestones, and all the challenges and joys that come with early childhood for our 2 boys. One of the things I appreciated most about Glennis is that I never had to continuously provide instructions or a to do list. She has strong initiative and quickly understands what needs to be done. I never came home wondering if the basics had been handled. Our kids were always having a good time, fed, clean, and the home was in order. Because of her, I was able to truly relax when I was away from my kids, which is something every parent knows is rare and invaluable. Glennis is also incredibly thoughtful and intentional in how she engages children. She pays close attention to their individual personalities and interests. When she noticed my oldest loved arts and crafts, she suggested activities and supplies that matched his interests, including Crayola Magic Light Brush paint. When she saw that my middle child loved plush toys and pretend play, she helped us introduce characters like Elmo that he could connect with. What stands out most about Glennis is her patience, warmth, and genuine love for children. She handles big emotions with calmness and care, helping children work through feelings while maintaining loving but clear boundaries. Our children are always excited to see her, and that feeling is mutual. She remembers the little things about them, celebrates their milestones, and truly enjoys being part of their growth. Even though our formal arrangement has ended due to her relocation from my area, she remains part of our lives and we miss her dearly.
