My previous cleaner couldn’t work anymore so I was looking forward to having someone new for the long term. Even though Glenda texted me asking if I have supplies and that I told her I don’t have strong products because I use natural products, she still showed up with not enough products. I know it’s not unusual for the owner to provide products, but they can’t show up not having gloves or sponges at all…not the best first impression. Also, even though I had asked for deep cleaning, when I checked my kitchen counter, I was still seeing food spots. I still tipped them but unfortunately I will not hire them again.
