Contacted glenda about weekly cleaning. She came to the house to discuss the job. We discussed the tasks and she agreed suggested a price and I accepted. She told me that she would get back to me about scheduling the day. I messaged her twice in the following week before we settled on the day. Then I asked how she liked to do payment, she responded saying cash or check. I asked her if she had a bank acct setup that I could do deposits into, she said no. On the day of the cleaning she doesn't show at the scheduled time. After waiting a few hours, I texted her about it. She responded that I had never confirmed. I sent her a screen shot of the text conversation where we had indeed discussed and confirmed the date. She then admitted to me that the banking question had made her uncomfortable; she said that the real reason she did not come was because of that question. Basically we agreed and scheduled services. She did not show. When asked why she lied about the reason.
