Glenda is excellent. She cared for my 4 month old baby. She's quick to learn baby's routine and interactive with baby. She was always on time. She was employed for about 1 month, then told us on a friday it would be her last day. She was scheduled to return the following Monday. Her reason was that she found another family who lived closer to her home. We had asked her during an interview if the commute was going to be an issue (about 25 min commute), which she said no. She called in sick once during the time employed, which was the same week she quit. We had asked her to give us a 2 week notice upon hire, which she agreed to, but didn't follow through with. These are the reasons why I knocked off a star.
