Gladys was truly a Godsend for my family in finding an additional home health aide to take care of my 90-year-old father! She persevered in communicating with me as my family dealt with several issues that delayed meeting her and hiring her, including Dad being in the hospital and then going on hospice. Her perseverance was greatly appreciated and confirmed her professionalism. She turned out to be quite a gem, and my Dad and siblings loved her right away. She was kind to my Dad and very flexible in her schedule, which helped a great deal. My brother who lived with my Dad said Gladys is a great cook! She liked staying busy and helped with tidying the house. All the requirements we posted in the job listing she met and did well. We would absolutely recommend Gladys for a home health aide.
