About Gladys

Nurturing children and witnessing their milestones brings me immense joy. My six years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11 have solidified my passion for fostering their development. I enjoy engaging kids with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am currently in college and CPR certified. I am comfortable caring for up to two+ children and can assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, and text messages. While I am comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in open communication.
