Gladys was originally hired to help my elderly parents keep their house clean and organized, but she has become so much more to our family. She does a fantastic job taking care of their home, but what really sets her apart is how much she cares about my parents. She checks in on my mom regularly and keeps my sister and me updated if Mom is pushing herself too hard, not drinking enough water, or needs to take it easy. Those updates mean a lot and give us real peace of mind when we can’t be there ourselves. She is kind, reliable, attentive, and truly invested in my parents’ well-being. Having her around has been a huge comfort for our family. It’s not often you find someone who is not only great at their job but also genuinely cares about the people they help.
