Hi my name is Gladys, 63 years old. I've been taking care of little ones for over 18 years. I believe promoting a healthy and safe environment is the key for the development of infants and toddlers. Besides the personal care of the children, I'm able to help around the house and with other demands. I love to do crafts. I have attended CPR and first aid training.

Gladys has been part of our family for over 2 years and we consider her like family now.  I always knew our son was safe, cared for and with a loving person.  We feel so lucky that Gladys was our nanny.

Gladys is wonderful and spent years caring for our two young children who adore her to this day!  Highly recommend her for families with young children or babies who want a communicative, knowledgeable, and loving care for their family.

Gladys always goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for the kids and helping me with my schedule. She's flexible and always makes herself available to help, loves to play with the kids, and is very dependable. She's trustworthy and has been an absolute blessing to have with our family.

Great sitter!  I have two very young boys, close in age.  She kept up with them and they had so much fun with her!  Gladys was always available and reliable.  My sons loved everything she cooked!  I am so grateful to have found her.

I highly recommend Gladys as a candidate for employment. Gladys has been employed by me as of April 2013. She started taking care of my son at 3 months. She quickly learned everything about him and made the transition for me to go back to work very easy. 

I know that my son is well taken care of in her hands. She always makes sure that he eats well, she has even brought of her own groceries to cook him hearty soups that he loves! She plays with him, reads to him and always makes sure that he takes his naps as well. She takes him for walks, to the playground. She also is good with discipline and always takes into consideration my concerns and needs. If ever an issue were to come up, for example if my son was not feeling well or didn't want to eat, she is always quick to call and let me know. She is always on time and very dependable. 

My son loves her and gets excited every morning when she arrives, and that says a lot! It will be a great loss for me to lose her as my nanny but unfortunately I'm not able to give her the compensation she deserves.
