I highly recommend Gladys for your childcare needs. She is professional, reliable, and an excellent communicator. She has been so gentle and patient with our energetic little boy. Gladys played with him, read to him, took him to the park and library, talked and listened to him, helped him through difficult behaviors such as pushing, and helped him learn to eat independently with a fork. Our toddler has blossomed under her care. Gladys always listened to our needs and gave good advice, and was understanding of our family’s unique needs—in our case, naptimes have been a challenge for our son and she helped us navigate that without judgment. Our life circumstances changed in such a way that I decided to return to parenting full time, but if that changes, we would not hesitate to hire Gladys again.
