I have been working with children for 20 + years, it is my passion. I have worked with all age groups from infant to school age children. I enjoy doing all kinds of arts and crafts and activities with children, I love to teach children through play. I feel God has blessed me with the patience and a loving heart that every child deserves to be treated with.

Gladys took care of my infant and did an amazing job.  She is caring, trust worthy, and dependable.  My child developed a great connection with Gladys.  She loves working with kids and you can tell is passionate about her job.  Highly recommend!!

Gladys cared for our two year old for almost a year and briefly for our newborn.  She always treated them like her own and took very good care of them.  She sings songs, plays games, lots of crafts, and taught him as well.  Our son was always excited to see her each morning and sad when she left.  She was punctual, communicated well, and attentive to our family’s specific needs.  We were sad to see her go and would hire her again.

The Care App really provides a great segue into a profession that through time has become complicated, worrisome, and stressful. Thankfully after meeting Gladys, all of those issues were remedied and our job description couldn't have been more fulfilled. She was over the top incredible.

As a professional nanny myself, I was very selective with who was going to watch my 4.5yo son during my maternity leave. Gladys was exactly the person I had hoped to find! She cared for my son like her own, spoke to him exactly like I would, and worked with him on specific concerns I had. He enjoyed fun and educational circle time activities at her house, trips to various playgrounds, the zoo, the splash pad, and library events, to name only a few of the wonderful summertime adventures she curated. Gladys's two daughters were a delightful addition to his summertime and we will undoubtedly be lifelong friends. Gladys was an exceptional nanny to our 2 year old daughter. She was with us for about 7 months and we were sad to be relocating for work and having to find new child care. Gladys is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my 3 year old little girl! And my daughter K loves going over there! Gladys and her daughter have taught K so much since she has been there! Me and my husband interviewed Gladys and her 18 yr old daughter (she also provides care for children) and we immediately saw how compassionate and trustworthy they both were.  We felt comfortable as if we knew them for a long time. We were skeptical only because our 2 yr old has never been in the care of anyone else outside of grandma and because he is not used to being around new people but Gladys and her daughter did a great job with our lil prince, I loved how she sent me pictures of my baby and all the fun he was having while I was gone. Gladys is a great caregiver with kids and is a wonderful person. She always does circle time ,crafts, and reads with my little one who she has watched for more than a year. I could not ask for a better person to watch my son when I leave for work. She is dependable   and fantastic!

Gladys is an amazing childcare provider! She's very flexible, and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable when you leave your little one with her for the first time. She sends videos, and keeps great records of what they did on each visit.
