Hi, my name is Gladys. I'm a proud mother of five wonderful adult daughters and a grandmother of four. At 52 years old, I bring a lifetime of real, hands-on experience in caring for children, managing a household, and supporting families with reliability and heart. In addition to my personal experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and have spent 28 years in leadership roles working with families experiencing homelessness, many of whom had children. My career has centered on providing support, guidance, and care to families during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Having raised five daughters as a widow, I understand the importance of trust, safety, and consistency. Children and pets are always my top priority, and I treat every home I enter with respect and dedication.
