About Gladis

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. I empower elementary students to master Math and English by fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. To ensure my methods resonate with your child, I vary my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, and targeted practice. Since I have experience with challenging students, I prioritize consistent positive reinforcement and celebrate every small success to keep motivation high. I believe clear communication is essential, so I provide regular updates to help you stay informed and reinforce learning at home. With one year of experience, I find nothing more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I am fully prepared to support your child's growth through in-home sessions. I look forward to partnering with your family to help your student thrive.
