I have experience caring for individuals with special needs, including autism, and I've learned that patience, consistency, and understanding can make an incredible difference. I love discovering what makes each child happy, what helps them feel comfortable, how they communicate, and what allows them to feel understood rather than pressured. My healthcare background has also taught me how to stay calm, attentive, and confident when someone needs extra support. I'm comfortable with personal care, daily routines, activities, mobility assistance, and creating a safe environment while still encouraging independence and fun. I want parents to have more than someone who simply watches their child, I want them to have someone they can trust, rely on, and feel completely comfortable welcoming into their family.
