Gizem brings incredible energy and is extremely engaging with our toddler. Her creativity shines through in the way she keeps our child entertained and learning throughout the day. Gizem communicates well and makes sure our little one is eating properly. What I appreciate most is her gentle yet clever approach during moments of separation—she’s able to lovingly distract and comfort our daughter when she asks for mom or dad, avoiding tears and helping her feel secure.
