About Gitanjali

Nurturing young minds is my passion. For the past two years, I have dedicated myself to providing attentive care to children. I find immense joy in fostering their growth and development. My approach is patient and creative. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for 1-2 children at a time. I have some college experience and am fluent in English and am intermediate in Spanish. I'm also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I also work as a private chef, and have been a professional cook for six years. I am more than happy to help with cooking/meal prep, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am an avid surfer and a strong swimmer. I communicate openly with parents, using their preferred method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules with kindness and patience. I truly believe in being a positive influence in each child's life.
