About Gisselle

Hello everyone! I'm Gigi and I've been in the field of child care for about 7 years. I've worked with littles ones in a variety of environments. I've had the pleasure of tutoring privately, teaching elementary, providing therapy for special needs as an RBT, and becoming part of wonderful families as a nanny! My approach with children is centered around gentle parenting, Montessori teaching, and ABA principles. I believe in reinforcement as opposed to punishment, and I heavily prioritize social emotional learning and emotional regulation. I excel in organizing structured routines that provide an array of activities that promote creativity, independence, and most importantly, lots of fun! I'm very passionate and have unlimited love and kindness to offer. Each child has their individualized needs and I make it my duty to make sure they are being met. Besides looking after the little ones, I'm happy to help with meal prep, light cleaning, and tutoring/homework help.
