As a mother of two grown children, ages 18 and 21, I understand the importance of creating a safe, loving, and dependable environment where children can thrive. I have worked with 8 families over the years - 4 through Care. com and 4 through personal referrals - and have been successfully hired 3 times directly through Care. com. My experience includes caring for children of all ages, helping with daily routines, school pickups/drop-offs, meal preparation, homework help, bedtime routines, and keeping children engaged through fun, age-appropriate activities. In addition to childcare, I also have experience caring for elderly individuals, including dementia care. This experience has strengthened my patience, compassion, attentiveness, and ability to provide calm, dependable support to families.
