Hi! I'm Giselle - a Colombian artist with over a decade of caregiving experience, passionate about offering holistic, compassionate care to seniors. Now based in Saugerties after 11 years in Brooklyn, my journey began as the second oldest of five siblings and deepened when I cared for my mother during a difficult recovery. I discovered my ability to offer grounded presence, emotional attunement, and healing support during vulnerable moments. My trauma-informed approach draws from postpartum doula training, plant medicine mentorship, and creative practice. I see caregiving as honoring the whole person - their physical needs, emotional well-being, and life stories. Whether I'm offering companionship, gentle assistance, or simply listening, I meet each moment with calm, care, and dignity.
