Giselle is very unreliable. We hired her for a full-time position and gave her 2 weeks to leave on good terms with her current family. But 4 days before she was supposed to start she cancelled on us. I'm not sure how she would be as a babysitter since she never showed but it doesn't seem like she is interested in working.
