I needed someone who could work for only 2-3 hours per day Mon. thru. Thurs. The job required was: pick up my two elementary school children from their school, fix them snack & early dinner, and make sure that they start doing their homework. Because of the short total work hours per week, I initially had difficulty in quickly finding someone who has flexibility in accommodating a couple of hours work in their daily schedule. Giovanna worked out with our family's specific needs because she had a very flexible time command with her other daily commitments. Although she ended up working for our family only for four months because our needs got changed, she never failed to be a responsible care-giver for my children. Giovanna was punctual, reliable, and consistent with her pleasant & positive mood. She is a good person and a loving mother herself.
