Hello, my name is Giovanna and I am currently in college working towards an Associates degree in science. I eventually hope to one day be a developmental behaviorist pediatrician. I found a passion working with children and adults with special needs when I was a junior in High School when I joined a club that allowed me to take the students in the special education class to school events they normally wouldn't go to. During high school, I volunteered at Oak City Soccer, which is a soccer program for kids with disabilities and now, I currently volunteer at GiGi's playhouse. I would love to find a job working with special needs children/adults as it will allow me to do something I am passionate about as well as help pay for school. I believe that everyone needs a friend and I hope that I can be that friend for your child.
