Ginna is a very competent and capable person. While working for me, I appreciated her ability to problem solve combined with many other outstanding qualities that made her able to care for my children in a way that was consistent with the care I would have provided myself. She is patient and compassionate while having an understanding of children and their behaviors. I was able to work and be confident that my children were being care for in a loving and safe manner.
