Hi! I am a recently retired registered nurse and have spent my life caring for infants, children and adolescents. I am young at heart, active, and absolutely adore children. I am looking for a part-time position either as a nanny or babysitter. Since retiring from nursing, I really miss working with kids. Even though I'm no spring chicken, I can still act like one to keep things upbeat and fun. I am CPR, CPI, and First-aid certified. I hold an active nursing license and have more hours than I can count in childhood development and psychology. Ginger is truly an outstanding caregiver and person. We reached out to her when I was in premature labor with our second child. From the moment she walked in the door for her interview she made my 2 year old feel at ease and appreciated. Since then she has become an integral part of the family. Both my babies adore her, as do we. Ginger has a wealth of experience with young children from her career and family life, and knows just how to navigate emotional toddler turmoil - guiding us through the ups and downs of helping our spirited toddler navigate becoming a big sister. She is a constant source of knowledge and wisdom which I personally have found invaluable for improving my quality of life and relationships. I am in awe of Ginger's positive outlook, conscientiousness and endless supply of energy. We all look forward to her visits which are filled with fun activities, laughter and learning.
