Her dedication to the well-being of her clients, especially in the case of my great grandfather, has been remarkable. She consistently showcases agility and attentiveness, which has significantly impacted the quality of care provided. Her compassion and empathy are evident in every interaction, making her an invaluable asset to our care team. She definitely stood out from the other two caregivers as she was always on the move, the other two were always on their phones. If we ever hire in the future, Ginger will be the number one caregiver I’ll desperately try to get.
