About Ginger

Working with kids is something I genuinely love. I have over five years of experience in childcare and currently work as a behavior therapist with children on the autism spectrum. I've cared for children from newborn to 11 years old and have a college degree, along with coursework in Early Child Development and First Aid and CPR training. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I enjoy keeping kids engaged through outdoor play, games, and learning activities that fit their needs and personalities. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time and always follow household routines and expectations. I believe clear communication is important, so I'm happy to provide updates in whatever way parents prefer. I can also provide swimming supervision. I care deeply about creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment, and I'd love the opportunity to work with your family
