Nurturing children's development is a true passion of mine. I've had the joy of caring for children aged newborn to 5 years old volunteering at a daycare, with a focus on toddlers and preschoolers. I am currently working towards my nursing degree to become a pediatric nurse and am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities that make learning fun. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly. I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I am also comfortable with pets and have my own car. I am certified in CPR. I also speak English, Spanish, and somewhat self taught basic Sign Language (ASL).
