Gina is definitely 5 star. My 95 year old mom is in memory care and I was concerned that when I was traveling she would feel the loss of my visits. Gina has been a God send...She intuitively knows when my mom needs conversation or if she just needs someone to just sit quietly with her. There have been a few times when my mom forgets who she is and has been somewhat inhospitable but Gina seems to know just how to deal with her memory loss and has a way of turning her bad temper into smiles and laughter. She also sends me reports of her visits with picture and health updates. It is comforting to know that not only is my mom in a great memory care facility but she has someone like Gina to spend time with her. I feel very blessed to know she is there when I cannot be.
